Tall Foreigner Works in Short Country
UENOMURA, JAPAN -- Isaac Arnquist, a 24 year old American, is now living and working among the short people of Japan. Arnquist, a tall fellow at 194 centimeters, remarked in an interview on July 28, 2005, "I keep hitting my head on things! It really makes my ethnocentricities shine through."

yes, we actually did eat sushi that night. we picked it up on the way back to the tent actually. strange to think about. hmm...we could've saved a couple yennies.
i'm relieved. you know, that we're okay. it's not just every day that i compose a haiku for a friend, izzy.
